My story

I love to help people grow.

I know exactly how you feel. Stressed out from work, bored of doing the same thing day in day out. Wondering if this is it for the next 30 years?

During my twenty year corporate career I often felt just like that. So, I decided it was time for a change.

As a result I quit my job, packed my bag and went to India and spent a month on an ashram in the foothills of the Himalayas, re-evaluating life and learning yogic philosophy from the master yogi and founder of Sattva Yoga, Anand Mehrotra.

With the help of ancient yogi wisdom and a personal development coach I was able to uncover my strengths and passions. And it resulted in the creation of A Radiant Life. Now, as a personal development coach, my goal is to help you create exactly that – a radiant life – and one that you truly deserve.

I’ve spent many years in communications as a manager, mentor and trainer. Now, along with my training in Sattva yoga, breath work and meditation techniques I’m passionate about helping you create the life that you truly deserve.

When I’m not supporting people as a personal development coach you can find me working on my own personal meditation & yoga practice, eating amazing food in far flung places, scuba diving, creating things and hanging out with animals.

What can I do for you?

One-to-one coaching

I believe that true change only comes when your energy shifts on a deeper level – through physical, mental, spiritual and emotional growth. I will be your closest ally, critic, confidante and mentor. So, I will help you to reflect on your life and identify areas of change and growth. Moreover, because everyone has their own individual path to follow  I will work with you to create  a tailored  personal development programme to bring about long lasting change.

Workshops and presentations

With 85% of employees experiencing stress at work, and around 15million sick days taken as a result of stress. So, I run workshops and presentations in mindfulness & meditation, and offer group Sattva yoga classes, for companies as part of their employee wellness programmes as well as at company away days, sales meetings and off site events. 

Meditation

A regular meditation practice helps us reach our full potential, as we connect with our inner consciousness through stillness. In our modern lives our minds are constantly busy, always thinking or worrying about the next thing to do, the next place to be. Meditation gives us the space to separate ourselves from our thoughts and experience the NOW.  

I teach the highly transformative Sattva Meditation technique which originates from ancient Himalayan yogis. Moreover, it is proven to calm your thoughts and create lasting change. 

I also offer one-to-one meditation practice, group classes and workshops.

Himalayan Sattva Yoga

I teach Sattva Yoga, which is a holistic, integrated, and transformative practice that originated in the Himalayas. The practice is a dynamic blend of ancient techniques – hatha yoga, meditation, breathing (prānāyāma), energy work (kriyā), Himalayan kundalini practices, mantra and freedom movement. Sattva Yoga is not just exercise! The practice is designed for personal growth and transformation, to help you transcend old patterns and open the mind and the heart, and when practiced with dedication, will transform your life. I offer one-to-one yoga practice, group classes or workshops.
